WDPS is owned and operated by FERDIE DOMINGO, a seasoned developer who has been in the IT industry for more than a decade having the following experience:

• IT MANAGEMENT
  • Qualified years of experience in planning, organizing, coordinating, direction, and control. Sound knowledge in project management and knows the milestones, deliverables, critical stages and risks in almost any I.T. project involvements.
  • Have been the IT Head of Asian Spirit Airlines (now ZestAir) from 2001-2004.
• NETWORK MANAGEMENT
  • Had directly engaged in managing nationwide and international network expansion projects interconnecting heterogeneous network, with actual hands-on training and experience in configuring Cisco routers and Cisco gigabit catalyst switches.
• DESKTOP APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
  • 18 years in programming business.
  • Have led several major in-house desktop application development projects for various industries like airline, financial, money remittance, medical, real estate, cooperative, merchandising and religious institutions
  • Backed by years of experience in desktop applications programming from the era of dbase III, Clipper to 4th generation language for client/server applications (VB6 and PowerBuilder) all the way to desktop/internet/intranet application development utilizing new OOP tools like C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Javascript, AJAX and ActionScripts.
• WEB DESIGN AND WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT
  • Currently the owner of WEBDESIGNPHILS, has been in existence for 3 years and have directly engaged in numerous contracted/sub-contracted web design and web application development projects worldwide.
